Here's a prototype of a King Radio.

I made it from 3mm PVC sheet + 1mm PVC sheet for the trim (that I painted white).  Cut out holes, then add encoders, buttons:

  1. Great work! I am starting to play with ardsim and I want to start a small panel (not enough space for a complete one)

    Could you please give me an indication of where I can get those buttons and encoders? The ones I own are big and I love the size of yours. Thank you!

      The button caps will be a bit tricky to find since I found them in a local electronics resale place, so I don't really have a link.
      The closest thing would be something like this:
